I have no experience in the gym, where should I start?

We have both Personal Training and Group Sessions available and both are 100% suitable for any level. All our group classes have been purposefully developed for all levels to train together seamlessly.

How long are the sessions?

Both group classes and personal training sessions run for 45 minutes.

Which class is a good first class?

Any! If you prefer strength, try one of our STRONG or GROW sessions. If you like a combination of everything - SYNC. Looking for Pilates or Yoga? Try ALIGN or ZEN. All classes are perfect for any level, so it's personal preference.

Are your memberships lock in contracts?

Nope, we have a 14 day cancellation period. Athena is designed to be as flexible and realistic as possible, so as to ADD to your life, not create stress.

Do I need to book, or can I just show up?

You MUST book! We have a limit as to number of people per class, to ensure everyone receives the coaching they deserve. Bookings can be managed in our Athena Gym app.
